July is National Lost Pet Prevention Month, and now is a good time to be sure all of your pets have collars with updated ID tags, and microchips to help them find their way safely, and quickly, back to you if they are ever lost. Fourth of July celebrations often create an increase in lost pets due to activities and fireworks. While this year ‘s celebrations might be smaller, and many major firework demonstrations have been cancelled, it’s still important to stay aware, and keep your furry friends safe. It is also National Pet Hydration Awareness Month, so make sure all of your pets have plenty of shade and water during hotter summer months!
